By registering for and participating in the AlcoSpark Competition ("Competition"), you ("Participant" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). The Competition is open to school students in Delhi-NCR, India, in Classes 5 to 9, and Participants must have the consent of their parent or legal guardian to register and participate.

Registration for the Competition is subject to a non-refundable fee of ₹500, and must be completed through the online registration form. Upon successful registration and payment, Participants will be added to a dedicated communication group (e.g., WhatsApp group) for updates.

The Competition will consist of a series of online activities, including but not limited to:1-Minute Ad Pitch, Quiz, and Finish the Story. The specific format, rules, and schedule for each activity will be communicated to Participants through the designated communication group. Alcovia reserves the right to modify the activities, schedule, or format of the Competition at its sole discretion.

Participants are expected to participate in the Competition in a fair, ethical, and sportsmanlike manner. Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Alcovia reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who violates these Terms or engages in any conduct that Alcovia deems inappropriate. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment and internet access to participate in the online activities.

By participating in the Competition, Participants grant Alcovia a non-exclusive license to use their submissions (e.g., ad pitches, stories) for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Competition. Participants retain ownership of their intellectual property. The judging and scoring of the Competition will be conducted by Alcovia or its designated judges. The scoring criteria for each activity will be communicated to Participants.

Alcovia's decisions regarding the judging and scoring of the Competition are final and binding. Cash prizes and other awards will be awarded to the top-performing Participants. The prize structure will be communicated to Participants. Alcovia reserves the right to modify or substitute the prizes at its sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable.

Alcovia shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused to any Participant in connection with the Competition. Alcovia makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Competition or the prizes. Alcovia is not responsible for any technical issues or disruptions that may affect the Competition.

Participants participate in the Competition at their own risk. Alcovia will collect and use Participants' personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering for the Competition, Participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India. Alcovia reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Competition website.
